Donations

All donations to The Mensdate Project are voluntary and non-refundable. By donating, you understand that funds go toward operating costs, event hosting, and the mission — and that no goods or services are provided in exchange.

The Mensdate Project is a federally incorporated not-for-profit (NFP #1801160-5, ISED Canada). We are not yet a registered charity with the CRA. We cannot issue tax receipts at this time. We will update this page as soon as charitable status is confirmed.

Links to Other Sites

We link to resources we respect — HeadsUpGuys, 988, and others. Those are independent organizations. We don't control their content and we're not responsible for anything that happens on their sites. A link is a recommendation, not an endorsement of everything they do.

Our Content

Everything on this site — the writing, the design, the stories — belongs to The Mensdate Project or to the people who contributed it. You're welcome to share links. You're not welcome to copy our content and republish it as your own. If you want to use something, just ask: hello@themensdateproject.org.

We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees. The Mensdate Project and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or any site we link to. Use your own judgment — that's what we're here to encourage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled in BC.
